Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required resources to ensure smooth execution. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery schedules.
Invoices are issued based on the scope of work. Payments are due as per agreement. Refunds are only applicable under mutually agreed circumstances and must be requested within 7 days of project halt.
Popupster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We ensure high standards but do not guarantee specific outcomes unless stated.
Your personal and business data is handled securely and in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their policies or performance. Users must comply with their respective terms as well.
Popupster reserves the right to terminate services in case of misconduct, non-payment, or violation of terms. Clients may also terminate with proper notice and compensation for completed work.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Popupster may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
